Helen has been with the Chilliwack School District for over 20 years, as a school-based Administrator at all levels. Helen joined the Curriculum department as a District Principal in 2017. Helen is passionate about connecting students with opportunities and experiences to help them find their future career path.

District Work Experience Coordinator
Chris has been the District Work Experience Coordinator since 2005. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Work Experience programs for students in grades 10-12. Chris believes strongly in the power of trying new things, and encourages students to take full advantage of community-based opportunities while they are in school. Chris is located at the Learning Services site and can be reached by telephone or email Monday-Friday.

Colin oversees the Industry Training Authority Youth Work (Apprenticeship) and Train (Pre-apprenticeship) Programs for the Chilliwack School District. He is enthusiastic about connecting with students and employers to help them find the right fit.

District Curriculum Support Teacher - ADST & Career Programs
Heather is a certified shop teacher, currently working in the SD33 Curriculum department, supporting ADST and Career Education programs. Heather believes in the power of building strong relationships with staff and students, and is passionate about hands-on learning.

Work Experience Facilitator - G.W. Graham Secondary
Kathy is located at G.W. Graham Secondary School. She started with the Work Experience Team in 2010. Kathy is passionate about her job and enjoys getting to know her students. She realizes that each student has their own individual talents, goals and dreams. She encourages all students to explore their future career through work experiences and to take part in volunteer opportunities in the Chilliwack community.

Work Experience Facilitator - Sardis Secondary
Amber started with the Chilliwack School District in 2012. She moved into the role of Work Experience Facilitator in January 2017. Amber has a passion for working with students and thoroughly enjoys helping them find the right fit for their career goals. Whether it be volunteering, a one day job shadow or a longer-term work experience placement, Amber enjoys the process and loves seeing students find their own passion.

Work Experience Facilitator - Chilliwack Secondary
Jackie began working with SD33 in 2012 and joined the Work Experience team in 2017. She is passionate about finding meaningful placements for students to enhance their resumes, earn credits towards graduation or broaden their post-secondary academic choices.
Jackie can be found in Office 1169C at Chilliwack Secondary School.

Work Experience Facilitator - Alternate & Resource
Cathy joined the Work Experience team in 2006. She greatly enjoys watching students become more confident and as they gain experience in the workplace. Cathy also loves providing her students with job coaching prior to their placements, and watching them mature and grow. Cathy supports Alternate programs and Resource students in all secondary schools.
